I’m Kevin,

I'm a systems thinker who asks the right questions to solve the right problems. My background in operations taught me to spot friction before users complain about it—I see where experiences break down and why. I dig past surface issues to find root causes, then design solutions grounded in reality that prove their impact.

About Me

Hi, I'm Kevin (but most people call me Kev or Caffee).


I studied philosophy and user experience design—one taught me to ask relentless questions, the other taught me how to answer them. That combination led to an unconventional career path where I've learned to solve problems by understanding the full system, not just the surface issue.


I currently work as an Operations Manager and UX Designer for an e-commerce company, designing experiences and running the systems that support them. What drives me is finding the friction point nobody else noticed, where user behavior, business constraints, and technical reality collide, and building solutions that actually work at scale.


Outside of work, I'm an avid film lover with hands-on experience on independent film sets. I'm also a hobbyist mechanic and a Formula 1 enthusiast.
